Project Terms
• All quotes are based on our understanding of requirements and for a specific period. Confirm and clarify your understanding in a face-to-face meeting.
• By accepting the offer, you agree to the terms and conditions of IQWEB Technologies Private Limited. Acceptance can be oral, email, advance payment, signature of an offer.
• Clients ensure that we have included all requirements in quotes/proposals/estimates and fully understand their requirements. Customers must provide us with clear instructions, as well as any routes or special information they may need. If such information is not provided, we will try to understand your requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, the appearance of conflict can lead to additional costs to adapt to the changes. That’s why it’s important that you explain all aspects of your website development and make sure you get the right requirements.
• The complexity of certain tasks must be announced in advance and included in the proposal for cost purposes. We act in good faith and trust that our customers will open up the whole picture about the offer. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited will not compensate for conflicts arising from unclear claims.
• IQWEB Technologies Private Limited will make every effort to complete the project/modifications within the stipulated time. Acceptable delays in redefining or changing functions are acceptable.
• Possible delays on the client’s end can delay the project and the proposed schedule and cause additional costs.
• There are no additional charges for bugs (programming errors) reported during or immediately after development.
• There is an additional fee to redo an already completed task. Changes made after project approval will incur an additional charge.
• Any changes requested during development or after Go-Live approval will incur an additional charge. Any additional work, apart from calculations, will be paid for separately. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited will in no way be responsible for any delay due to changes in the presentation of the project.
• The content of the website and all related materials must be delivered to us within the first two weeks of the start of the project. After that, delays can delay the project and cause additional costs if it exceeds an acceptable deadline.• Responsive/multi-device compatible websites are tested on phones and tablets. If you want to test on another device, please discuss this in advance.
• If your website/application is not hosted by IQWEB Technologies Private Limited, additional working hours required due to server or network issues are not included in our quotes and may be billed separately.
• Depending on the required functionality, website/app creation may involve third party components such as third party payment gateways or SSL certificates. Although IQWEB Technologies Private Limited will do its best to identify the suitability of such components, unforeseen limitations of third party components are beyond our control. The cost of purchasing third-party components (such as SSL, payment gateway, Google Adwords, extension licenses, etc.) is not included in our offers.
• IQWEB Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for open source products like WordPress, open source carts, Joomla etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to update all components and third party software. To avoid interruptions, we recommend making regular backups.
• The customer should be aware that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that delay the development process, especially when it comes to third-party software integration. We will do our best to implement the project as proposed. As long as it is within a reasonable time, the client undertakes not to penalize us for the actual delay, making every effort to keep the project on schedule.
• Domain registration/renewal fees are not included in any project/offer unless otherwise stated. If necessary, an offer to be delivered separately and accepted by the customer.
• Accommodation costs are not included in the offers, unless otherwise stated. If necessary, IQWEB Technologies Private Limited can arrange a suitable hosting solution for which the quotation confirmed by the customer will be supplied separately. If customers decide to organize their own hosting, we should be consulted before finalizing the hosting type and database, because it must meet the requirements of the technology used in the development. Please note that we need full access rights and hosting support to test and deploy the app. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited will not be responsible for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from the actions of the hosting company.
• IQWEB Technologies Private Limited usually builds and tests websites on our own servers or hosted domains. Synapse cannot offer customers or third parties access to its test servers and test sites. The website may be transferred to a selected third party server after all invoices and payments are paid in full.
• All contact/correspondence is usually by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep us informed of their relevant email addresses..
Hosting
– Hosting is an annual or monthly fee that must be paid in advance.
– Customer is responsible for new hosting in a timely manner. before the deadline. If you don’t do it on time, you might lose files, data, emails, backups, etc. All free hosting services will be disabled or removed from the server.
– All renewals are due seven business days prior to the due date. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for any problems related to payment delay.
– Hosting is on shared servers hosted by a third party. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited ensures to the best of its ability that our systems and servers are protected against hackers, viruses, intruders and other online and offline problems, but we are not responsible for service interruptions in the event of such a situation.
– The customer is only responsible for the content stored and provided in the purchased hosting service, as well as for the operation of scripts or email services created within the hosting service. Customer must maintain the security of all account passwords and applications or scripts, and ensure that all Hosting Service scripts are free of malicious content that may harm any part of the Server, other Hosted Customer Accounts or external systems of visitors viewing the Hosted Service . to the website. content- In the event of a malware attack, IQWEB Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to remove files from the hosting service without notice.
-Cancellation/Dismissal:Housing Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email one month prior to their expiration. Once the hosting is renewed, it cannot be canceled and you have to pay for it for a whole year or months.
-If hosting has not been paid for and not renewed before the deadline. We reserve the right to disable hosting and all related services, including email and DNS records. There is an additional cost to restart hosting. IQWEB Technologies Private Limited is not responsible for any loss of data, files, emails, backups, recovery, etc.-When hosting is cancelled/disabled, all files, emails, databases and backups are deleted from the server without notifying the customer.
Emails:
– All emails must be regularly downloaded to the client’s computer. Mailboxes must remain within these quotas. Periodic maintenance can be done on the email box, and messages older than 6 months are deleted.
– The Customer may not use the email service to send inappropriate content or other unsolicited emails that may result in spam or server contamination. In such cases, immediate action will be taken and the required files and data will be deleted without notice.-IQWEB Technologies Private Limited offers packages in collaboration with third parties. Changes in the rules and policies of the third party service provider may ultimately affect the services we provide or these terms..
Domain
-All domain registrations and renewals must be paid in advance.
– Domain expiration can cause service interruption and domain loss.
-IQWEB Technologies Private Limited is not responsible if the domain name expires due to non-payment or late payment. All payments are due seven business days prior to the payment date.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to renew their domain name with us.
-All invoices and payments must be paid in full before the desired domain is released.-IQWEB Technologies Private Limited has its domains in a shared pool, so it cannot provide access to its domain control panel.
-IQWEB Technologies Private Limited offers packages in collaboration with third parties. Changes in the rules and policies of the third party service provider may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms presented here..
• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• All invoices are processed according to the schedule with your preferred payment method.
• Interim payments must be paid within 5 working days of each milestone/schedule, unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due before the launch of the website.
• Receipt of payment is considered acceptance of the offer, milestone, delivery, project and conditions.
• IQWEB Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to negotiate and refund the corresponding part of the amount paid by the customer for the requested service. If you cancel the order after payment, but the work has not started, we will refund 75% of the payment already made. If the order is canceled after the work has started, the maximum refund or debit is 50% of the invoice. No refunds or adjustments will be made if cancellation is requested after more than 50% of the work has been completed. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by post, email or fax. Cancellation requests made by phone will not be accepted. Small or one-off works must be done either in advance or according to the conditions stated in the invoice/proposal.
